We provide a full spectrum of in-home support, from companionship and daily caregiving to skilled nursing, all designed around you.
Each plan of care is guided by nursing and thoughtfully tailored to support comfort, independence, and overall well-being, creating a seamless and elevated care experience at home.
Once the initial in-home visit is completed to establish a baseline of care, virtual visits become available for the following:
- Follow-up care
- Wellness checks
- Emotional support
- Assessments & monitoring
- Consultations
- Patient/caregiver education & training
These remote appointments are conducted via video call or telehealth and are designed to provide convenient, high-quality care from the comfort of your home or wherever you are.
Duration: Each virtual appointment is a minimum of 30 minutes and is billed in 30-minute increments.
A doctor’s order is required for any treatment performed by a nurse. However, nursing assessments do not require a doctor’s order.
